RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) AND AGE OF MENARCHE IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS AT MTs NEGERI 3 GORONTALO REGENCY

Menarche adalah haid yang pertama kali dialami oleh setiap remaja putri sudah memasuk masa pubertas. Setiap memiliki usia menarche berbeda-beda, hal ini bisa dipengaruhi faktor keturunan, gizi, dan kesehatan umum lainnya. Kebaruan penelitian karena meneliti tentang hubungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan pada di MTs Negeri 3 Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks massa tubuh merupakan kuantitatif pendekatan observasional menggunakan desain Cross Sectional, pengumpulan data lembar observasi, analisis uji non parametrik spearman rank. Hasil yaitu siswi normal terdapat 70 responden (56,5%) usai lambat 54 reponden (43,5%), rata-rata 19,65. Hubungan diperoleh nilai koofisien korelasi sebesar -0,622 p-value 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05. Simpulan antara Kata Kunci : IMT; Usia Menarche; Remaja Putri. Abstract is the first menstruation experienced by every teenage girl who has begun puberty.
